The firm's articles by state, the Federal Cannabis File, and where the reference library lives.
Everything Kocot Law publishes for operators, in one place: articles sorted by California, Massachusetts, New York, and federal; the Federal Cannabis File newsletter and its archive; and a pointer to the Cannabis Reference Library, which is published separately by cannabislaw.ai for use inside ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot. No email wall.
Attorney advertising. Everything here is general information, not legal advice, and reading it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

The Cannabis Reference Library, inside your own AI tools
Operators and advisers who draft in ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft 365 Copilot can reference a library of cannabis compliance checklists, contract clause libraries, and playbooks from inside those tools. It is published by cannabislaw.ai, a separate company that is not a law firm. Ryan Kocot wrote the material and is credited as its author. Kocot Law does not operate the library, and using it is not a service of the firm.
What the separation means for you. Using the library creates no attorney-client relationship with Kocot Law. Nothing you type into your assistant reaches the firm. A document your assistant drafts from the library is your assistant's output, not a Kocot Law draft, and it is general information rather than legal advice; have a licensed attorney in your state review anything before you rely on it. The firm's own services are below.

Reading it, calling, or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship; none is formed unless and until Kocot Law completes a conflict check and both parties sign an engagement letter.
